No, Salem Music is wholesale only
Do you offer dropshipping?
Yes, we do offer dropshipping and can ship directly to your customer. All drop shipped items are shipped via UPS (Ground). Our drop ship program is only valid on wholesale orders over $30. Contact Us for more details.

Is your wholesale program available to music retailers outside the USA?
No, currently, our wholesale program is only available to music retailers within the United States.

What happens if the product I ordered is not available?
If the product you ordered is not available, that item will be removed from your original order; an updated invoice with shipping costs will be sent. Also, If the item you ordered is not available, you will have the option to back order the product with no obligation to purchase after item has arrived to our warehouse.
Why is the item I ordered not the exact same as the product image on your site?
Due to the nature of our wholesale business, the product received might slightly vary from the product image on our site.
What is your Refund Policy?
No Returns will be accepted after two business days of receipt. Upon receipt of shipment, we ask that you promptly verify that all ordered products are present and undamaged. For any damaged good or return requests, please contact us during our business hours (Mon-Fri 9-6 p.m. Sat 9-1 p.m. EST).
When is payment due?
Payment is due once your order is packed and ready to be shipped. You will be notified via email.
How do I pay for my order?
New wholesale customers will be required to pay with credit card over the phone or via email.
